Mission
The mission of the Highlands Fire District "Sparks" is to assist, encourage, and support the members of the Highlands Fire Department, their families, and the community through social activities, community events, fundraising, and charitable giving.
Objectives
1) Support the mission the Highlands Fire District
2) Promote public awareness of the fire department and fire safety issues.
3) Provide physical and emotional support for department families in the event of personnel crisis.
4) Raise funds and make charitable contributions to district families in need.
5) Bring families together for social support, fun, and enjoyment.
